PlanBlueWater enjoys good market share in the highly competitive Canadian market. The prior BlueWater site had sprawled over the years and also suffered from neglect, low appetite appeal and weak metrics. The plan to produce a new site needed to address taste, rapid changes and a bilingual English/French interface ResultThe site launched in 2008 and has shown steady increases in user metrics. The site is completely controlled through an integrated Content Management System, allowing rapid changes to both English and French versions. In 2009, the recipe section was expanded and an SEM campaign was launched that brought significant traffic to the site. |
