Katie Greenlaw
Favorite childhood game:
Playing house
Hometown:
Greene, ME
Theme Song:
"God's Been Good to Me" by Keith Urban…what can I say, I've been told my life is like a fairy tale.
Offbeat hobbies:
My hobbies revolve around my kids. Two faves: Cranking the music up, playing air guitar, singing at the top of our lungs and dancing or creating new games or obstacle courses outside.
Surprising talent:
I can "sing" the full lyrics to thousands of songs of varied genres.
Nastiest injury:
My husband (then boyfriend) cut off the tip of my thumb with garden shears in Walmart….the associate asked if I needed a band-aid.
Have you ever Googled yourself?
Yes, and evidently Hunter Lampreau is prettier than me. =( You try it. You'll see what I mean.
Most passionate cause:
Cancer. I Hate Cancer.
Proudest moment:
Pardon the sappiness, but I have millions….one for every second I've thought about either of my two precious children. They are the biggest blessing in my life and make me so proud.
If you could invite any celebrity, living or dead, over for beers who would it be?
Probably Vince Vaughn (he's hilarious), but I'm not a fan of beer. If I were to invite him over, I would invite him for pizza and he can BYOB if he really wants the beer.
What gets you belly laughing?
Playing with my kids and hearing them laugh always gets me going. And, my coworkers (Brad's musical grenades, Kristy's comical one-liners, just about everything Laura says (or posts on Facebook) and Kevin's "that's what she said" references).
Dream travel destination:
Italy, Australia or back to Hawaii.
Biggest lesson learned:
If your small child is quiet and not in sight, be afraid. Be very afraid.
