Oak Hill H.S. Graduate Awarded Mechanics Savings Bank Scholarship
Auburn, Maine – Mechanics Savings Bank awarded a $1,000.00 Banking on the Future Scholarship to Oak Hill High School graduate Ben Daggett of Litchfield. He is the son of John and Rita Daggett.
While at Oak Hill H.S., Daggett was a member of the National Honor Society, the Oak Hill Legislative Assembly, and Jazz Band. He played on the Oak Hill H.S. Soccer team for four years and was a member of the Club Soccer, Seacoast United. Daggett also volunteered at the Maine Greyhound Placement Service and was employed at At Home Veterinary Care.”
Daggett is attending the University of Vermont majoring in Animal Science. He plans to pursue a career as a veterinarian.
