For the past five years, Kevin has designed and produced web properties for local, regional and national clients.
He has helped bring ideas to virtual life on the web for a wide range of clients including sites that are simple and informational to sites that involve comprehensive technology including secure e-commerce capability. Kevin is fluent in all aspects of design, programming,
coding, multimedia techniques, custom content management systems, interactive web applications as well as search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing. He has a solid track record of developing sites that are smart with user accessibility, have ease of navigation and search engine optimization to create the best possible user experience.
At Rinck, Kevin spearheads the information structure, interface design and web architecture, and works with the design team to develop content and flow of web sites. He also directs electronic media applications, which in some cases, are client-updateable, interactive, and database-driven web applications for all web site projects. Most recently, Kevin led the Rinck team through the launch of the Gorton's of Gloucester website (www.gortons.com). Kevin’s career began in western Maine at the University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) where, during his third year of college, he was brought on as a full-time staff member to help design and develop the campus’ wildly successful intranet. He then joined the University’s software development and marketing groups as their lead graphic designer for external Internet and print communications.
As with every project, Kevin brings his enthusiasm, proficiency in developing engaging, informative and manageable web sites, and knowledge in search engine optimization, to the development of each web site.
Kevin holds a B.A. in English from the University of Maine at Farmington. As such, clients tend to enjoy that he is able to converse in plain English rather than techno speak. He enjoys living on Back Cove in Portland.
